Many of you will know Dan, who has worked at the abbey since August 2005, as he may have taken you around the abbey grounds as a Living History guide. His range of characters included Professor Gerald Bulgerwheat, an Edwardian archaeologist; Prior Nicholas London, a monk from the abbey’s past or Sir Edward the Unpredictable, a fictional knight who had become separated from the legendary King Arthur.  more
