Glastonbury Abbey is a popular venue for many different activities. As such please be advised of the following changes to our normal service levels throughout the summer.

Glastonbury Abbey is a popular venue for many different activities. As such please be advised of the following changes to our normal service levels throughout the summer.

Last entry is always 30 minutes before revised closing times.

April 15 and 16 is Glastonbury Medieval Fayre and ticket prices change for this event.

June 9 - Glastonbury Fringe Grand Opening - abbey closes 5.30pm

June 10 – Summer Open Evening - abbey closes at 6pm with free entry from 6pm.

June 14 – Theatre performance – abbey closes at 6pm.

July 8/9 – Pilgrimages – limited access to parts of the site.

July 12 – Theatre performance – abbey closes 6pm.

July 14-16 – Theatre performance – abbey closes 6pm.

July 22 - Concert - abbey closes 6pm

August 5 – Concert – abbey closes 430pm.

August 19 – Theatre performance – abbey closes 6pm.

August 25 – Theatre performance – abbey closes at 6pm.

September 8 – Night at the Abbey event – abbey closes 5pm.

September 23 – There may be restricted access to the Abbot’s Kitchen due to set up for a banquet

September 30 – There may be restricted access to the Abbot’s Kitchen due to a concert.
